Served as Co-Head of Global Debt Capital Markets at Barclays where she oversaw debt origination across a variety of currencies and products. During her career in Debt Capital Markets, Barbara led over $750 billion of bond issuances, including two of the three largest bond deals ever executed. Barbara was named one of the Most Powerful Women in Finance by American Banker in 2024, 2023 and 2019.
